History
Rigyalling monastery has been a relatively new structure with a short history, but the location of the Buddhist learning place is known for its quiet surroundings and greenery. It was established by Lama Changsey, in an effort to stop the growth of urbanisation from eroding into the forest. As a result, there came up an exotically impressive monastery, which has influenced the local beliefs and lifestyle.
