A religion followed by Christians is Christianity and Christians believe that Jesus left for heaven in his body form and mixes with the God, and his followers believe that Jesus is a model for everyone, and his existence and life is referred as Gospel which means, Good News and narrates the life history of Jesus Christ and his preaching and Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are considered to be very special and thus, find a place in the Bible.
History
The beginning of Christianity relates to first century, in the form of a Jewish wing, and spread very fast to the regions of Syria, Mesopotamia, Asia Minor and Egypt. With a fast spread all over, Christianity by the end of 4th century became the official State church of Roman Empire, thus overtaking all other religions. The middle Ages became the most crucial period during which entire Europe became follower of Christianity. Christianity also spread to other Countries like Middle East, North Africa, Ethiopia and parts of Indian continent, in the form of a minority community. Later also, other countries viz America, Australasia, sub Saharan Africa also became famous Christian states and thus became a prominent religion of Western Countries.

Christianity has two groups viz Roman Catholics and Protestants. Roman Catholic Church forms the majority of these groups and in 11th Century, the Eastern orthodox patriarchates divided themselves from the Roman Catholic Church and thus Protestantism was formed which is termed as the Reformation period of 16th Century
Creeds are the main confessions, called staunch belief and trust which has its roots to the baptism formulae and later became faithful utterances. This means, mainly believe in the following
a. Jesus is the son of God and Holy spirit.
b. Jesus Christ died, dumped to the hell and again was born
c. All church are holy places and safe guarded by religious personnel
d. The Salvation and Judgment day refers to Jesus Christ’s return.
It is pertinent that every Christian believes in the above creeds.
Trinity is the belief that the concept God has three important things viz the father, the son (the incarnation of Jesus) and the Holy Spirit. Though these are three Gods, they are treated as one, and cannot be divided from one another. God, who has no beginning or end, has these three sources viz Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and they have no end and present everywhere and the persons believing in these concepts are called as Trinitarians who define the concept as one God in three persons.

Pope is the head of the Church and Benedict XVI, Papal Infallibility, John Paul II, The Pope and Papal Succession are the important aspects of the Pope’s sanctity. Priests, monks and nuns are the other patriots who actively participate in the preaching of Christianity amongst the various masses globally. The Christians are normally recognized through a cross which they ceremoniously wear with utmost faith and belief in Jesus. Bible, Revelation and Didache are the important books and documents on Christianity which are normally referred by holy people and the followers of the religion. Virgin Mary, the mother of Jesus is believed to have appeared at Walsingham, a London Church, about 1000 years ago, and advised Richeldis, a noble woman to build a shrine which is next to Mary’s place in Nazareth.
Lot of criticisms on Christianity could not mar the spread of the religion across the Globe and make it the largest religion of the World.
